We are looking to hire a Director, Product Marketing to join our outstanding team. This role reports to the CMO.

The Director of Product Marketing is responsible for developing and maintaining all aspects of Session AI positioning and messaging. We make sure that the audience of prospective buyers of Session AI technology easily understands the value of this technology, have positive impressions of Session AI technology, and become motivated to consider our technology as a priority for their businesses.

Key job responsibilities:

• Work with marketing and company leadership to develop effective positioning and messaging for Session AI in-session marketing.
• Deliver sales and marketing content including slide presentations, data sheets, briefings, scripts, and thought leadership for the Session AI in-session marketing platform.
• Work with product and delivery teams to define regular product launches and releases and deliver related content and presentations.
• Manage production of multimedia content including video, audio, and infographics with third-party vendors.
• Conduct competitive research and deliver findings to internal sales and marketing audiences.
• Manage sales and industry research initiatives including win-loss analysis, persona research, and sales insights.
• Develop customer materials including use cases, case studies, and live and virtual speaking sessions.
• Support additional demand generation, event, partner, and product initiatives as necessary.
• Manage and mentor a team of product marketing managers over time.
• Domestic travel <10% for team meetings, company conferences, customer meetings, and other industry events.
• Utilize AI tools and technologies to assist production of deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 8+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years of experience in B2B enterprise software in a commercial role such as marketing, product marketing, delivery, sales development, or support.
• Demonstrated professional experience in product marketing or product management.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering, or any technical or scientific field.
• MBA or Masters degree in a technical field is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Demonstrated mindset of project ownership, execution, urgency, and delivery.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple contemporaneous projects.
• Ability to lead with influence across all levels, from executive leadership to customers, prospects, and partners.
• Prior experience with ecommerce, account-based marketing, enterprise sales, and AI are preferred.

This hybrid role sits in the San Francisco Bay Area. Candidates must be able to work in-person from the Session AI headquarters office in Milpitas, CA, a minimum of two days each week.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $180,000 - $200,000 annually. Compensation offered will be determined by factors including experience, skills, job-related knowledge, and level. In addition, this position is eligible for an annual bonus, participation in the Session AI equity program, and benefits.
