Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled retail Video Editor to join the creative team at Life Surge. This person will be an integral part of bringing our brand to life through visually stunning and engaging video content. We're seeking a talented individual with a strong background in broadcast editing, a genuine passion for storytelling, and expertise in motion graphics. 

Responsibilities:

• Edit and assemble raw footage, ensuring the seamless integration of visual elements, sound, and motion graphics. 

• Utilize your expertise in broadcast editing techniques to create polished and professional video content. 

• Work closely with the creative team to understand and execute on the narrative vision, ensuring that each video effectively communicates the intended message. 

• Bring creativity to the forefront by incorporating motion graphics and visual effects to enhance the overall quality of video content. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including videographers, writers, and designers, to ensure a cohesive and visually impactful final product. 

• Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure that all videos meet the highest standards of visual excellence and brand consistency. 

• Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative editing techniques to continuously elevate the quality of our video content. 

Qualifications: 

• Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing broadcast editing expertise and motion graphics skills in a retail setting. 
• Proficient in industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, etc.). 

• A genuine passion for storytelling and the ability to translate complex concepts into visually compelling narratives. 

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. 

• Ability to think creatively and bring fresh ideas to the table, pushing the boundaries of traditional video editing. 

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work within established timelines. 

• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment, responding positively to feedback and evolving project requirements.
