Job Description: GlobeTrek Consulting is seeking a skilled and proactive Work From Home Flight Scheduler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating flight itineraries, managing bookings, and ensuring seamless travel logistics for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate flight arrangements for clients, including researching and selecting optimal routes, airlines, and travel times.
  • Utilize booking platforms and flight reservation systems to schedule and confirm flight plans accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicate with clients to gather preferences, provide flight options, and address any questions or concerns.
  • Liaise with airlines to secure reservations, negotiate fares, and arrange special accommodations as needed.
  • Monitor flight schedules and make adjustments as necessary to accommodate changes or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Provide clients with relevant travel information, including baggage policies, check-in procedures, and airport transportation options.
  • Handle cancellations, refunds, and changes to flight plans in a timely and professional manner, following established procedures.
  • Maintain detailed records of flight arrangements, payments, and client interactions in our database systems.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in flight coordination, scheduling, or related roles preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in using flight reservation systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software applications.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to problem-solve and make decisions independently.
  • A passion for travel and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients.
